Save $20 per unit off the list price

When you transmit a digital impression and request a model-less restoration, we deduct the cost of the model and die work, saving you $20 off the list price (call or email for fee schedule). You’ll also save $40 off the per unit list price of Inclusive® Custom Abutments or screw-retained implant crowns. This eliminates any possibility of rotational error that can occur with silicone impressions.

No inbound impression shipping cost and quicker case turnaround

Your cases are transmitted electronically via the Internet, so you save on the cost of overnight inbound shipping ($7). Plus, your monolithic BruxZir® Solid Zirconia, IPS e.max®, Inclusive Custom Abutment or implant case can be fabricated and shipped back to your office in as little as two days.

Packaging Your Single and Multiple Cases

  1. Completely fill out a prescription. Please check all required boxes to ensure your Rx specifications are met.
  2. Carefully package your case, including your prescription, and tape box securely shut. We ask that you follow these steps when packing your case:
    • Place foam on bottom of box
    • Separate models, and secure impressions and bites
    • Arrange contents in a plastic bag for proper infection control
    • Place foam on top of contents
    • Add prescription
    • Tape box securely shut
    • To save money on shipping, send multiple cases in one box.
    • Separate the cases in plastic bags, and staple its prescription to the outside of each bag for accurate identification.
  3. Once the box is securely taped shut, attach a New West preprinted shipping label to top. Please note that you must use a preprinted New West shipping label to avoid being billed by FedEx at a much higher cost. To request additional preprinted labels or shipping supplies, please contact Customer Service.
  4. If you are sending a prescheduled rush case, write “RUSH” on the outside of the box/package as well as on the prescription.

To start saving money today, simply utilize our Inbound Bundling program by including two or more cases in one box. New West will charge your account a flat rate of $7 per box each way. For every other case included in the same box, the inbound shipping charge is waived. The savings add up quickly!

Overnight your case to New West Dental Ceramics using FedEx and pay just $7 each way ($14 round-trip per box; contiguous U.S. only). Rush service is available for most products, but must be prescheduled; call 800-321-1614 before the case is shipped. Time of case pickup and delivery may affect turnaround time.

USPS Priority Mail

Inbound: No charge with our prepaid USPS Priority Mail shipping label. Prepaid USPS Priority Mail inbound shipping labels can be ordered by calling Customer Service at 800-321-1614. Shipments typically arrive at the lab in 2–3 business days. We recommend placing your sealed case box in a Priority Mail bag (available from your post office). Then, affix our prepaid USPS Priority Mail shipping label to the outside.

Outbound– $6. Shipments will arrive at your office in 2–3 business days. Each shipment has a bar code with a tracking number to track the package en route to your office.

UPS

Inbound – UPS does not offer indirect billing service. However, you are welcome to set up your own UPS account, after which you claim responsibility for all shipments and charges.

Outbound – UPS Blue: $7. Shipments will arrive on the second business day to most areas. UPS Red: $25 - Overnight delivery to most areas.

Sending Casework to the Lab

  • US Priority Mail

    Shipments typically arrive at the lab in 2–3 business days. We recommend placing your sealed case box in a Priority Mail Bag (available from your post office). Then, affix our prepaid US Priority Mail label to the outside. These labels are provided at no charge from the lab.
  • FedEx

    Shipments are overnight from most areas.
    Alaska ($45) – Hawaii ($25) – Puerto Rico ($60)
  • DHL (Puerto Rico only)

    Shipments are overnight from most areas. ($75)
  • UPS

    UPS does not offer indirect billing service. However, you are welcome to set up your own UPS account, after which you claim responsibility for all shipments and charges.

Returning Casework to Your Office

New West Dental Ceramics suggests that photos, slides, CDs or other materials be enclosed in a separate plastic bag to secure contents.

  • US Priority Mail

    Shipments will arrive at your office in 2–3 business days. Each shipment is barcoded with a tracking number to anticipate final arrival. ($6)
  • FedEx

    Shipments are overnight to most areas.

  • UPS
