  Terry Town, General Lab Manager

 

Terry applies his nearly decade of dental technology experience to every case. A great asset to the New West family, Terry actively works to promote quality craftsmanship while applying his technical expertise to every case. He ensures each restoration meets the New West standard of consistency and quality, paying close attention to occlusion, closed contacts, proper margins and lifelike esthetics.
    Lonny Matzdorff, Ceramics Manager

 

Lonny began his career with New West in 1989 as a dental technician. In 1990, he transitioned to the Porcelain department, where he worked for the next 14 years. Lonny began training new technicians in 2004, before moving into supervisory roles at the lab. In 2010, Lonny was promoted to Ceramics manager. He now oversees a team of 16 technicians who fabricate IPS e.max, IPS Empress and PFM restorations.
             
  Vincent Maglione, PFM/Metal Manager

 

Vincent has been part of the New West family since 1983. First hired to work in the Plaster department, he continued to learn all facets of dental technology and became fluent in metal and porcelain restorations, eventually managing both of these departments. Currently, Vincent is New West Quality Control Manager, where he ensures that every restoration is fabricated to our high quality standards.
    Hollie Spencer, Full-Cast/Captek Manager

 

Hollie came to New West in 2002, where she started in the Captek department. Just four years later, she was promoted to supervisor. In 2009, Hollie became Captek Advanced Certified, which means she has trained fluently with this unique restoration. Hollie manages both the Captek and Full-Cast departments, where she works hard to ensure accuracy and predictability on every case.
             
  John Toilolo, Customer Service Supervisor

 

John came to New West Dental Ceramics in 2000, when he was hired as a shipping clerk. A great communicator, he soon transferred to the Customer Service department, where he was promoted to supervisor in 2005. John strives to effectively communicate your needs so that we may provide you with outstanding service and consistent results.
    Debbie Born, CAD/CAM Manager

 

Debbie began her career at New West in 1997 when she joined the lab's Metal department. In 2001, she became Director of Education and began training new technicians for crown, bridge, press and thermoforming techniques. When the lab introduced Prismatik Clinical Zirconia, Debbie received the Completion of Training for the new product, and in 2009 she completed a CAD/CAM seminar at Glidewell Laboratories. She currently manages the lab's CAD/CAM department.
             
  David Rounds, CDT, Training Coordinator

 

David brings decades of dental technology experience to New West. He began his career in dental technology at Glidewell Laboratories in 1971 as one of the lab's first ceramists. He has also worked at a Denar-certified lab, where he specialized in full-mouth gnathological cases, and owned and operated a lab in Riverside, Calif., for 35 years. As Training Coordinator, he educates and trains all technicians according to the lab's strict quality control system.
