I began working at New West in 2002 and have since earned my CDT. After gaining experience with Captek™, IPS e.max®, Prismatik Clinical Zirconia™ and PFMs, I was promoted to the manager position of the BruxZir® department, where I oversee all processes on the lab floor from beginning to end.
In 2001, I started working at New West Dental Ceramics and quickly gained experience making all-ceramic crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, and veneers. By 2005, I was promoted to manager of the all-ceramic department. Today, I continue to lead the department and I specialize in the production of IPS e.max®.
I began working at New West in 2009 as a casting and pressing technician. Shortly thereafter, I was promoted to team lead and then again to supervisor. Today, I lead a team that ensures that every case you receive will be the highest quality.
I began working in the full-cast metal department at New West in 2005. After five years, I transferred to the CAD department, where I gained experience in the digital aspects of designing and manufacturing restorative casework. Today, as manager of the CAD department, my team and I use state-of-the-art technologies to increase your case predictability.
I began working at New West in 2004 in the plaster department, where I would later serve as supervisor. From my first day in the lab, I developed a strong passion for implant technology and gained experience with them in the ceramics, casting and full-cast departments over my tenure. Today, I oversee the lab’s Implant department.
I always look forward to working with Terry Town and his wonderful team at New West because everyone is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I am continually pleased with the results I receive. Keep up the good work!
